Because we couldn’t make it to Italy during the summer, we decided to bring a scoop of Italy to Ultima. Fiasco?is an homage to a resilient nation and it’s people and their food. In peace we mix finnish produces and add finishing touches from Italy. Fresh herbs, pinch of madness and lots of heart. The perfect Fiasco?
